Inspired by our ambition to open up our production facilities to the wider public and as transparently as possible, the Pretzel Factory was inaugurated in 2017.
This unique visitor centre is the first in Alsace to be entirely dedicated to the Pretzel, and it offers visitors a behind-the-scenes look at how our delicious snacks are made. Visitors can discover the history and stories behind this famous and legendary snack, which is so beloved by the people of the Alsace region!
